First off, let me say, I usually have okay customer service with Comcast Business but this last experience was not a good one. The representative was rude and would not try to assist with the situation in any way. Secondly, what is the point of havingn24 hour service when you can't ever speaking anyone or the ones that are here to "help" can't help with things on the weekends and after hours. Are those the only times that things can happen and you need assistance. So annoyed beyond belief right now.
