I have had Comcasts Business service for about 18 months now and my internet service is out frequently. Each and every time I call, I speak with someone who just doesn't seem happy to be working. They are always extremely sarcastic and not very helpful at all. Today I called because neither my phone or internet was working and when I asked the representative if it was common for the service to be interrupted so often in my area she stated that "she didn't live in my area so how would she know". It is beyond me why Comcast continues to employ people who clearly have no concern for it's business nor it's customers who keep them in business.
Comcast, do yourselves a favor and invest in a better screening process when hiring customer service representatives.
