I logged in to check my monthly bill and now notice my service discount for my service through my employer has been removed and I'm now being charged full price without the service discount starting this month. I am on a service contract through my employer. Why was this removed? Can someone contact me to discuss this? Thanks.

There are a couple of reasons as to why your Teleworker account disconnects have expired as follows:
1. Your specific Employers Teleworker Comcast Service Order agreement has expired including the discounts and now you are a month by month customer.
2. There has been some inadvertent Comcast biller or billing error that has transpired.
In ither reason's case, you should contact 1-800-391-3000, use the billing option, and ask the biling agent to evaluate your account and provide you the actual correct reason why this has happens. You can also contact your Emplyer's accounting department to see if they have any knowledge of these discount changes.

The billing agent can email you a copy of your Service Order Agreement as long as your Employer has has not restricted that in your Teleworker account.
