I signed a contract to receive Comcast Business Class service at my home on April 2011. My house is in a home development called Pembroke Falls where Comcast use to be the communications service provider. My question is that since Comcast is no longer the communication service provider for my development, can I cancel my service without paying the cancellation fee? Thank You
