Is there really no way of emailing support? I got an email address from a live chat agent, but a message sent to that address was bounced.

I've been a comcast business customer for 15 years, and I'm still on the same 25mbps plan I originally signed up for when it was a mid-tier plan. Now the lowest tier plan is 3 times that speed, and I want to see if there's a way I can switch to that without signing a new 2 year contract.
