Hell, I just ended up moving and need to cancel my service. I can't actually call in for this. I just got some dental work done and any attempts at calling would probably end up in baby talk/mumbling. I'm trying to find an alternative way of doing this.

I'll let you in on a little secret: your call center S*CKS and online service would save you a ton of money. Get out of the 1980's and start providing some value for the highway robbery you call service here. I can't wait to cancel the account with you.
So there is no way to actually cancel online. Any and all forms of talking to someone online all tell you to call somewhere to cancel. So now I'm faced with a huge cancellation bill and months of unneeded bills because I couldn't call them directly. I would have bad better access to a fax machine than calling through that pain. I'm done, I'm out and done with comcast forever. I'm never putting up with the 1980s service and dumb cancellation fees.
