Our Comcast Business account has a total of 29 TVs on it, along with business internet, at a single business address here in DC. We get two bills from Comcast for two different account numbers. I just got off the 'phone with Pam (who was very polite and professional). I asked if it's possible to combine the bills onto a single statement, as my AP department has to process two invoices from Comcast each month - twice the work. She politely informed me that Comcast Business's computer system can't handle that much equipment in a single account, so I have no choice but to receive and process two invoices each month.
Frankly, I'm flabbergasted. I could ALMOST see this if it were a residential account. Comcast, could y'all upgrade your Comcast Business accounts system to handle Business accounts? Thanks!
Thanks for your question in regard to multiple accounts and equipment. This is a true statement. Multiple accounts would be required depending on how many pieces of equipment there are in your network. Since this would generate an additional account number, this would also include multiple bills as well.
