Earlier today I tried to create an email address on my account. The original account was under [removed] and the address created was [removed] (Not linked to this account). Trying to sign in now, my original email is no longer valid, and there is no password reset option for the biz account. Calling the 24/7 support line, I am greated with a "This office is closed" notice. I have no way to log this issue from my account, so I am doing it from this address instead. I will follow up tomorrow when I can reach support on the phone.
