Complaint: no advance notice to check lines and took down internet on a business account

Is there a minimum advance notice prior to taking down one's business internet to check the lines when there is no maintenance issue?  It's unbelievable that Comcast would take down connectivity even for minutes during a business day, disrupting a webinar.  We pay more for a business account and don't feel we are treated in a business fashion whatsoever.
