Our business account was charged 1759.89 in cancellation fees when we are still connected to Comcast Business and neither did we ask to cancel. We've been going back and forth with the customer service reps who have been saying that the situation is being handled by an internal department. Small businesses rely on funds like those to run. Your guarantee to us is to help our businesses but you obviously don't honor that. Comcast, we've incurred late fees because of your incompetence. If we don't get our refund today, we'll have no choice but to engage our lawyer.
