Comcast is messing my business.

My account was charged a cancellation fee of $1759.89 while I still have service and all the reps have been saying you are still processing my refund. I have asked for a phone number or email and I am told that that's an internal department. Comcast, that is my working capital! Small businesses rely on funds like those to run.
