I'm halfway through a 3 year contact. I've leased my office to a tenant that also wants to use Comcast Business. I told the tenant that I'd transfer the contract over to them. He spoke with Comcast Business Sales, who told him that he could not get the service he wants if the account was transferred. This is patently false of course. We can easily transfer the contract and then upgrade the service to their desired level.
Following the advice of the Comcast Sales Rep, they created a new contract. I'm left with a $1k ETF.
I understand that salespeople are incentivized to sign new customers. But in this case, they lied to my tenant and have caused an undue financial debt to me.
I'm happy to share all records of this. This is a very unfair business practise!
Hi rrush. Please send me a private message with the information including the business name of the tenant and I will engage the appropriate department to investigate the issue.
