Comcast Doesn't Service my area and I am still being held in my contract for 100.00 per month

I am a little bit confused as to why I am still being charged 100.00 per month and being told I have to pay out two more years in my contract. I had a stroke in Feb 2013 and I was unable to continue with my business. I move out to Woodland Wa and I am told even though Comcast doesn't service this area, I am being held to my contract for another two years. 100.00 is a lot of money and I don't even have any equipment or service,

 

Please advise if this is true that your company will keep in in a contract even though you do not service an area?
