Comcast Business Multiple Account Audit - No Follow Through

Been working with CJ Mellon at Comcast Business to go over all my very many business accounts which includes Voice Edge and TV's and Analog Lines.  Last email was from January 21, 2019.  I have emailed and left messages since then....No reply as to what is going on with the Audit, If we are being double billed, and other issues.


Need this to move forward so we can finish this review of the accounts and reconcile anything we are being charged for that we should not and anything that is duplicated from on account to another is resolved, AND we have two boxes that are not activated that were turned off.....then back on...and now they are not activated again.


Please Help!
