Please advise what is the best email address that I can use to close out an account and what is the best physical address to use to return a modem?
I apologize for my delayed response to your post. Typically we ask that you contact our Loyalty Team to process account disconnections. That number is 1-800-391-3000. You can also send your written disconnect request to the email NED_SMBDisconnectRequest@cable.comcast.com. You can look-up the closest payment center at the site https://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/ or you can go to your nearest UPS location with your equipment. Once there an associate will pack and ship the equipment to us. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
