I recently contacted chat about my internet not working and they said that they would send out a technician to see what the problem was, well they never told me about a charge for them to come out and see what was going on, well it wasn't my fault that the problem was on comcast's end and i didn't have reliable internet for 3 weeks, now when i got my bill there was a $99 charge on my account for this, i don't think i should have to pay when they never told me about the fee, i would of never had someone come out if i had known about this fee, i really need this fixed
