If you have recently returned your modem due to either now using a supported Customer Owned Modem (COM) for Internet or disconnecting your service, you will receive either a prorated credit or a full credit on your next billing statement. Many times business customer perform changes to their services due the billing cycle and they are actually processesed in the subsequent billing statement. So please pay close attention to your next billing statement.
