I am not able to pay my monthly bill via online portal, when I login to my account it says – statement balance – 0$ but I do have due amount as per paper bill I received at my home address.

If you are an internet business customer and logged into the Business Class Portal (BCP) using your administrator email account, you can simply pay your bill online using this. If you have not yet activated your BCP, then use this.

I am internet business customer, have activated Business Class Portal (BCP), have enabled AutoPay and when I click on Pay bill now I got message - Thank you! Payment received.
But since my online balance stament is 0$ I am charged same while the paper bill I received at my home address says -62.16.
