Cancelled Service - Still Getting Billed

I called to cancel my business class Internet service on 3/15 (CR768097693) and filled out and submitted the DocuSign Disconnect Request Form after talking to retention.  My 3 year contract was up on 3/20 so there was no ETF due.

 

Exactly how long does it take for the disconnect to process?  I just received another bill for service through 4/30.  Am I supposed to pay for services I'm not using because it takes weeks to process a disconnect request?
