Cancellation request

I have had nothing but issues with my modem since i had my service installed back in May.  I have had the modem swapped out and that did not resolve the issue.  Now I am being told my disconnection request won't go into effect until November and I am being told also that I have to pay $1764 ETF because YOUR equipment does not work.  I will not pay past my disconnect date (nothing in the contract) and will not pay an ETF

Our case number is(account specific information edited for security).  We would like to cancel services as we have gone out of business.  Could you please respond to nvhurley@aol.com
