I have had nothing but issues with my modem since i had my service installed back in May. I have had the modem swapped out and that did not resolve the issue. Now I am being told my disconnection request won't go into effect until November and I am being told also that I have to pay $1764 ETF because YOUR equipment does not work. I will not pay past my disconnect date (nothing in the contract) and will not pay an ETF
