When you call the 800-391-3000 main number and go through all the voice prompts and actually get to the purpose of your call and state that you're calling to terminate service, you're transferred to silence for 15 seconds, then the connection breaks. This happened 5 times in a row. I don't have time to waste dealing with no customer service and worthless automated prompts. I've sent an email to comcast informing them that we're cancelling our business services and recommend other businesses to avoid using Comcast if you have other choices available. Our Pittsburgh office is closed - good luck getting future invoices paid for services you're not providing.
