It looks like I created two online accounts by mistake, this one (not associated to any business), and a second one (the actual one associated to my business). Since this one is not serving any purpose I would like to remove it. How do I do that? After extensive search I could not find any hint on how to do it.
A second question is how do I change my login name (which coincides with one of my email addresses). I may want to change it in the actual account (the other one which I had to create with a different login name/email account).

Since nobody is answering my question I am just trying to leave the account abandoned. To that end I added a second user and tried to transfer the role of Primary Manager to that second user. After that the new user (now in the role of new Primary Manager) could remove me from the online account. However I don't see how to do that, all instructions I found about how to transfer roles do not match what I see on the screen. Can anybody let me know how to transfer the role of Primary Manager? Thank you!
