Can't link accounts

Having trouble linking accounts, I just get the message that the account number I'm trying to link may be invalid. I ahve verified they are correct, but still get the same message. Please help

Hello HBSIT and welcome,

 

FYI, you can only link business class accounts that have not been registered into a single one that has been registered. If you are trying to link registered multiple account, please call 8003913000 and inform the agent of the accounts that you would like to have unregistered but keep the one register that you wanted to use for the aggregation.
