About one year ago, I logged on to download the latest bill and there was no response to the download link. After about one month, this was fixed. In the meantime, Comcast support emailed me bill images. Here we are again with the same problem. I cannot download the June 1 invoice. A search of the forum indicates that this is a recurring problem with other customers. My experience with other similar online billing systems has been much better. Sign up once and retain access to bills for years unless yoiur account manager changes your user privileges. Can we get this fixed? Thanks.
