Can't accomplish anything on comcast business website

I have repeatedly attempted to pay my bill online but EVERY time the page fails to load.  This is the only company I have that issue with and the irony is that it is an internet company.  I have contacted customer support about this in the past but my account still is not updated and I'm the one threatened with deactivation.  On a separate (possibly not) note, I constantly get emails to activate my account which I have done multiple times.

1. What is your internet browser?

2. Do you get any other error other than page fail to load message?
