When we discussed changing to Comcast with your sale person from our DSL provider,their were two requirements that were a must for the switch:
1 - We were to have faster service for our credit card setup
2 - We were to have our phone on one line and the credit card machine on a seperate line.
Your salesperson commited to both as a part of the deal.
What we received after the switch:
1 - Slower service for our credit card setup
2 - Status quo, both the credit card machine and the phone are still on the same line
3 - An increase in cost of $35.00 monthly.
4 - A two year contract with a hugh cancellation fee.
What we're asking for:
1 - Increase the speed of the credit card service or bring to better or same speed of DSL service
2 - Set up our system where the credit card machine and the phone are on seperate lines (as promised)
3 - Keep the monthly cost as promised - current charges for #2
4 - If the above cannot be fullfilled as promised:
a. release us from our contract so that we can return to a more economical service.
b. or reduce your monthly fee to the $65.00, equal to what we were paying for DSL
We passed this info on to our sales rep more than a month ago with to reply back.
