I am a comcast business customer. I was also promised a gift card for switching. I still have not received it. That was a big influence in my decision to switch. Now that it has been withheld is very disconcerting to me. I am still trying to contact Comcast to have them remedy the situation. However, no one is getting back to me. I will keep plugging away becuase this dishonesty really bothers me. Worst case I'll switch providers when my contract ends....

Usually Comcast business gift cards are US Mailed to you 60-90 days after your install date. So if has been 90 days after you original install date, simply call 800-391-3000, use the billing option, and inquire to a billing agent about this matter.

8 to 12 weeks? Wow. Obviously they never said you wouldn't get your gift card for months. I have a problem with dishonesty too, and after reading some of these posts by disgruntled customers here, I see a pattern and can probably make a good assumption as to why it takes 8 to 12 weeks, and why it's a card and not a check, and why it is so hard to find information about money comcast owes him.
We can only hope it gets better. I think you will get your card but please do report back if you have to call that number. I'd be very surprised if it is as "simple" as it sounds.
