Please be advised we requested a transfer of service from one office to another on 08/26/2015. A Ms. Shanee Richards took our information as an account manager and advised she would put a rush on the transfer and advised we would connected on 08/27 and be disconnected from old location on 08/28. This did not happen and we contacted her on two occasions and the second on 09/02/2015 advised we would requested supervisor integration if not resolved and she resent the documents for signature on 09/03/2015 which we had already completed. To date we have not heard another word from her. This was work order number 9416328. To date we have moved from the St. Augustine location to 11790 Lindsey Lake Drive and still have no phone service for our business and fortunetly are using home internet for our business applications.
Your customer service has been poor at best. We have been disconneced on 08/26/2015 trying to receive assistance, sent email on 09/02/2015 to Ms. Richards requesting status and advising we would contact supervisor due to the necessity of office phones to run our business to date with no reply. On 09/03/2015 she sent an email stating to resign all the transfer documents which we did that day.
Wle just now figured how to get into this particular area to send an email and now see we are scheduled for a 10/01/2015 appointment at the St. Augustine location. Considering we have moved from that location 2.5 weeks ago this also is unacceptable. We need an appointment at the Lindsey Lake location and we need it well before 10/01/2015. We are running a business here with no phones with customers, employes and potential customers with no way to contact our office. We also want credit for this period of time and we would like a supervisor to contact us immediately at 904-891-8554
AGAIN THIS ENTIRE SITUATION IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. WE HAVE HAD NO BUSINESS PHONES OR INTERNET FOR OVER 3 WEEKS AND NOW TOLD OCTOBER 01, 2015. NO WAY THIS IS ACCEPTABLE.
