We are set up on EcoBilling for statements to be emailed or a notification whichever is supposed to happen that the bill is ready for viewing.  This is not happening, we never know when the bill will be ready so have to search around the same time each month.  Why? the whole reason for having EcoBilling is so that we can get the statement on time in order to pay it because we never receive it by mail anyway.
