Hi
I need some help ! I signed 36 terms with comcast bussiness and then after 2 months my bill going up with no reason . I was try to call customer service and they said i add something more but no, i am not. They fix my bill, after that my bill still going up. And this time when i call they said because i do not have contract with them while i used 3 years . I let them know my service order from them with my sign already. They said they do not have any information. What is mean !!!!! And why they have customer service on phone so bad. They do not care customer. The same question but when they said yes when they said no.

Hello, how are you? I hope my reply finds you at a good time and your Thursday is going well. I am very sorry to hear about the billing issue since subscribing a few months back. I know not getting concrete answers to your billing questions can be pretty frustrating. I will be happy to get you all the information you need. If you can send a private message I can locate your account and determine where this billing increase is coming from. I just need your name, service address, and account number (or phone number) to get started.

How i can send private messages to you . I am not happy when i signed contract and they are going up so do not inform anything with me. So do contract for what!!!!

I truly apologize for the confusion. I meant to ask you to send us a Private Note, with your account information. Here are the steps to send us a private note just in case. 

 

  • Sign in to the community.
  • Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Notes Inbox.
  • Click New Message.
  • Enter the recipient's name in the Send to
  • Enter the subject for the message in the Message Subject
  • Type the reply in the Message Body
  • Click Send Message.
  • You can look for the messages you've sent in the Sent tab.
