I have home duplication errors that occurred because the contract was not applied properly, according to one CSR I spoke to.
I have called on numerous times trying to fix this error, but no one seems to know what is going one and no one helps.
I called the sales person and he pointed out the billing errors in less than 5 minutes, but he said he could not help further as he was sales, not billing.
Who do I contact now? Is there an email for a business billing supervisor I can contact?
