Billing during Covid-19

How will COMCAST be helping businesses with billing/payments during covid 19 pandemic? Can payments be deffered? Will you be giving discounts? Will any portion of our bill be forgiven? Besides calling in, and staying on the line for 2 hours, is there another avenue to receive a response to requests?

Hi I'm the representative from a volunteer fire co. with a social club.

With this epidemic there no monies coming in and we have this large cable and internet bill every month not knowing when the club will reopen.

The social club supports the fire apparatus directly.

with this epidemic the emergency calls still come in with no money coming in.

I saw on the previous forum you asked the customer to contact you, could you provide me information on how to contact you with the required information.

Billing during Covid-19

My account is past due however, we have been working remotely so my office internet usage is next to nothing and business is way down. What are you offering for relief due to Covid-19?

I appreciate your detailed reply, Shawn. Are you able to delete your public post and send a private message? This is for privacy and security measures. This phone number does not seem to be associated with the account. Do you happen to have the account number, or can we try another phone number? Do you use the Comcast Business app? From the app, if you select the three lines in the left corner and go to Account Details, you can view your account number.
