When one asks to speak with a representative because question(s) remain, one hears (if you've made the mistake of calling on Saturday): "we're open for questions Monday thru Friday 7A to 9P. In what universe does that translate to 24/7 assistance to answer billing questions?

Hello I hope this message finds you well and living abundantly. Today, 10/25/2014 1515, someone from Comcast/Xfinity left a door hanger on my door, demanding payment.
Also, they did not leave a way to contact them, in that I do not have service.
Leaving a telephone number to contact you does not make sense when you were the one to cut off service.
The Xfinity representative did not leave a email address, snail mail address or even a last name.
Please, have someone from the business office contact me as soon as possible.
