We are getting our Comcast bill in spanish and it needs to be in english and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it online and the phone support kept hanging up on me.
Anything we can do to fix it?

It is neccessary for you contact 800-391-3000, using the billing option and ask the billing agent to change your bill structure preference to English. This is the most expedient manner to get this corrected.
