Autopay issues with business account

Every time we log in our business account , we find that the auto pay is ON.. We were noticed of past due bills by email. But account still shows auto pay ON... Called CS.. Was told on the phone autopay was suspended in MAY but no email or communication was sent to notify customer.. Now you have overdue bills and late fees... Good luck with trying to get payment... Need LIVE billing supervisor to contact us ASAP....
