I just got a bill for two months past due in the mail and as it turns out autopay is broken again. It won't let me verify the payment method, change the payment method or un-enroll to try and re-enroll. If I add a payment method it says its successful then I get a message that says no active payment instruments are registered. If I try to un-enroll I get a token error.
I would like to have your autopay option reviewed. Please private message me your full name, the full service address and the phone number associated with the account. Also, please confirm if you are using the app or logging in through the website when setting up autopay.
