I am a new customer and I signed up for Autopay. But it shocks me that there is nowhere on line for me to look and see my payment history, and there is no email confirmation of an autopay transaction. I would strongly recommend that at the very least you send out an automatic email when payment has been posted so I know for sure what amount has been taken from my account. But a payment history available on line would also be very useful. Since these are business accounts certainly you understand the need for a "paper trail" and confirmation of payments made. Sorry for the delayed response. I do apologize for any confusion with our billing notifications. I see that you are signed up for our EcoBill which does notify you of when your bill is ready, however it does not notify you of when payments have been posted. I will submit your suggestions to our software engineers for review. if you do need any hard copies of your bill please message me and I will get them sent to you as soon as possible.
And the response from software engineering was ... ?
3 years later, there is still no payment history available online, and my business too is asking for that information to authorize recurring payments.

You are able to see the most recent payments on your account when clicking on the "View Bill Details" link under you balance on your Comcast Business Online Customer Portal. To view previous payments, you can refer to previous bills. If you'd like to review your bill with me, send me a private message with your full name, address and, the phone number listed on you Comcast Business Account for assistance!
