I've not been contacted about my bill being late, but as I was going over my bank statement for August, I notice no payment was taken, and I log on, and SURE ENOUGH.. even though I have on auto pay, and there was plenty of money in the account to cover the payment, it's now late and i'm being charged a $9.95 fee. It has been on auto pay and working for at least 6 months, prior to that we struggled with it nearly every month and I thought the issues were through. This happens far too often. If your auto-pay feature does not work, Don't offer it as a feature. Please credit my account the $9.95 fee for being "late" when you never took the payment in the first place. Thank you.
It was updated. And Paid, and I get another notice that it's late... ??? There was not even an attempt to withdraw payment, I asked my bank. Please remove the late fee so I can make this payment, manually.... again.
