As a Biz customer, I think it's weird I can't email support
Am I alone here, or maybe I just don't know, but as a business customer, I really thought I'd have a way to email into Comcast support.
My phone system is receiving messages from the wrong numbers, there's apparently a PIN that i've never heard of used to manage my lines? My answering system doesn't work.
I don't feel like sitting on hold explaining things to a 1st tier support rep. In this day of social media, is there not a way to communicate with Comcast support in this manner? Maybe a tweet would be faster, sure works great with other companies.

I completely agree, when you go onto the residential pages there is an option to chat with a rep, this should be available with Comcast business. Waiting on hold is just aggrevating when I have other business to conduct.
