We have contacted customer service to add phone lines to our existing business account. Now two weeks and seven (7) contract revsions later, we are no closer to a confirmation of the added services than when we started.
Is there a contract resolution rep available that can assit us as the customer rep we have been working with can't seem to resolve adding the additional phone lines we need.
