Activation Fees to be waived. NOPE!

We just began a contract for voice added to our business Saint Mary School in Sacramento, CA to our current internet and the phone customer service person I spoke too put on hold for ever and then kept saying he couldn't find it on our bill.  $59.90 x 2 charges we can't get waived when they shouldn't even have been on the account.
