Account #

Someone has seriously dropped the ball here with my new service. I did not receive a welcome e mail, I can not access any account info,I never received anything from the installer after install was complete, and I have not received any billing that would have my account number on it. The service agreement I signed has an id#'that when I use that it is not my account number. I need my account# 'i guess I have to wait till tomorrow but this really bites because I have the time to take care of it now.
