I've recieved 6 e-mails to activate my business account and they just keep coming. I activated my account the day we received our service. I've tried clicking on "Activate you account" and it just has me login.
How do I stop these e-mails?!?
Welcome dalter. We engaged the Regional Support Center to assist with resolution of this issue. The informed the account services have been refreshed and the equipment configurations were updated to verify active status in all systems. Please let us know if you if this issue persist.
