6 months of trying to get my account straight - HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Back in April, I had to disconnect my service because we were moving out of the area and the business was closing. I've had the same customer service agent from the beginning, and it took her a month to get the correct disconnect form to me and then another month to acknowledge it. 6 months later I have a huge bill because she never actually disconnected the service. I've asked her to take care of this several times, she acknowlegded it once and said she never disconnected it, but still to this date she has not updated my bill and doesn't respond to my emails. I would like a new customer service agent and can forward all the correspondence that has occurred since then. It shouldn't be this flipin difficult.
