Comcast is experiencing an intermittent issue with the “Interactive Voice Response” systems. Some customers are unable to access the self-service menus using their account information. Our Engineering team is working to resolve this issue and return the system to full functionality as soon as possible.
Can I ask for help also? I am getting the same response from the contact number..
