Setting up business website

I recently got a business site through Comcast and started building it on a program I have. When I went to upload it it shows it uploaded fine but when I go to the site I get this error "Not Found. The requested URL / was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Any ideas how to fix this?
