Linking Domain to Existing Comcast Account

I've been trying unsuccessfully now for 2 weeks to add a domain name to my exiting Comcast account.  It's been in the "Awaiting Verification" state with no resoltuion.  GoDaddy.com has verified it for me twice that it is set-up properly on their end.  7 phone calls to Comcast get me nothing but it has been escalated - any suggestions....need to get this new account in.
