DOMAIN TRANSFER
Good Morning ~
I am trying to transfer our company domain from Go daddy to Comcast. I have unlocked as well as have an authorization code from Go Daddy to proceed, however when trying to transfer the information with comcast, continue to have an error stating I am unable to transfer . Please what else am I missing ?

Welcome to the forum.
Based on your post it appears you are asking Comcast to be your 'new' registrar.
Sorry to inform but at this time Comcast can only be the SOA (start of authority) for all 3rd party registered domains.
If you are still interested in using our mail service please use this information link.
Use your existing domain name with Comcast Business email and web hosting
