Combast Website Billing Page Not Working

​I need to update my billing information for Comcast. So I log into the ​​https://business.comcast.com/account/overview​​ webpage. I click on the "billing" ​​https://business.comcast.com/account/bill​

​It takes me to the billing page very briefly but then kicks me back out into the overview page before I'm able to do anything.​

​Can somebody in the comcast.com tech support team please look at this and let me know what I'm doing wrong? Is this a global issue with the website, or just something with my account?​

@user_196995 Hi there! Thanks for the post. Have you tried to access the site and that specific section with a different browser or device to see if the same thing happens there too?

Yes, I've tried with both Chrome and Microsoft Edge and I still have the same problem.

How about devices? Are you able to confirm you are experiencing this issue on multiple devices as well?

I am only able to access this webpage on one device so I can't test it on another one.

This is a business account and we have service at our business. We've had service for some time now.

Got it. Let's take a closer look at the issue. Please click on the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Business Support. Make sure to provide your full name and service address.

I am having the same issue.  It mostly happens when trying to go to the Billing page, but it happens with other links too-- it keeps reloading to the Overview page before I can do anything.  Any solutions?
